Air Conditioning (HVAC)

Air flow and temperature distribution in large spaces, halls, saloons or double-skin facades can be computed and evaluated using numerical simulations. The three-dimensional computations include forced and natural convection, turbulence, as well as solar and infrared radiation.

By proper positioning of the air inlet and outlets, their number and volume flow rates, it would be possible to regulate the air flow velocity in the whole space. This will help to achieve the required temperature distribution, taking into account the air velocity limitations.

The solar radiation is a very important factor in spaces with glass roof, or double-skin facades. It would be possible to conceive the air conditioning using numerical simulations already in the planning phase, avoiding expensive modifications in the building phase.
